Usage & rights
Creative freedom needs clear agreements — for images, films, brands and voices.

The films, images and concepts shown serve to present the studio. Their display on this website does not authorise reuse. The rights required for publication, editing or commercial use must be clarified in each case.
Work labelled as concept images or independent film studies illustrates possible visual styles. It does not represent a completed client commission.
Usage rights for projects
The outputs you may use, and the media, countries and periods in which you may use them, are agreed for each specific project. The same applies to edits, exclusivity, sharing with third parties and the delivery of editable production files.
The use of generative AI alone guarantees neither copyright protection nor exclusive rights to every generated element. The terms of the tools used and rights to supplied material must be taken into account.
Brands, people & voices
The necessary usage rights must be clarified for logos, product images, music, reference material and other supplied content. If a real person is to be recognisably depicted or their voice recreated, the relevant permissions and consent must be clarified before production.
For fictional models and brand characters, we agree the design and intended use. Coincidental similarities to real people or protected designs cannot be ruled out across the board.
AI content & technical checks
Similarity searches and technical scanners can flag possible matches. They do not provide complete proof of originality or freedom from third-party rights, and do not replace a legal assessment.
The scope of rights reviews, any external enquiries and approvals is defined within the project. Information about our approach is available under Quality & responsibility.
Quotes & collaboration
An enquiry through the form is not a production order. Scope, price, deadlines, feedback rounds and usage rights are set out in an individual quote or project agreement.
This page explains how content and rights are handled. It does not replace an individual project agreement.
